To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. Please be sure to leave your PNONE NUMBER on your order as well, or we may not be able to send out your order.

We DO NOT take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.


A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order; however, we will do our best to support your request.


After we receive your order, we conduct Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment. The processing time varies depending on the specific product with the average processing time being approximately 3-7days; however, it can also be affected by the item's stock status.Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.


All products are free shipping in US & CA. We can ship to almost worldwide, but we’re sorry that we cannot ship to some remote districts right now.

We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. You will receive your order in 7-30 business days from the date that it is placed.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

We offer different kinds of shipping method for you, such as DHL, EMS, Singpost, UPS, USPS and Royal Mail. We will choose the optimal shipping method for you in general.

If you want to ship with faster method (DHL or EMS), please contact us and we will help check the shipping cost.

*Singpost: 15-25 business days, some remote districts may take 35-48 business days
*UPS: 10-18 business days
*USPS: 10-18 business days
*China Postl Mail: 7-25 business days

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 45 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

Ownpets does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.


If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.
